Where is King Dorephan in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom?



In the quest “The Clues of Heaven” in Tears of the Kingdom, you are asked to find out where King Dorephan is hiding. Although they give you some clues, King Dorephan can be hard to find. This is because the marker displayed at the start of the quest does not pinpoint the exact location of the king, which explains the frustration of most players. Learn where to find King Dorephan as such using this guide to complete The Clues To The Sky quest in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

Where to find King Dorephan in Tears of the Kingdom?

You can find King Dorephan in Tears of the Kingdom behind the waterfall near Lake Lulu, between Ploymus Mountain and Zora’s Domain. Fast travel to Ihen-a Shrine and drop down the waterfall closest to you until you reach the bottom. There is a hole at the end where the water flows, which leads you directly to King Dorephan.

If you listen carefully to the two boys talking in the Zona Domain throne room, they will talk about the hidden cave behind the waterfall in the location we mentioned earlier. It is a bit difficult to find because the entrance to the cave is small and you have to go down from above.

Just jump down from the top and land on the spot above. You will see a hole that leads directly to his throne room. Talk to Muzu, who is right next to him, to continue the quest for The Clues To The Sky.
