CES 2023 showcased various amazing new technologies to the public. From transparent TVs to bendable curved monitors, the event has it all. The ASUS Showcase also revealed various new technologies and one of the gadgets featured was the new ASUS ROG Raikiri Pro, the latest PC and Xbox controller to hit the market soon.

Any gamer who gets their hands on this controller will be amazed with its many “interesting features”.

The new controller will feature tri-mode connectivity, four rear buttons, selectable step triggers, an ESS DAC, and adjustable joystick sensitivity and response curves. And oh yes, it has an OLED display.

The built-in OLED display is the feature that tops it all. It can show custom animations, view status indicators, and switch profiles with two buttons. Players can switch profiles even if they are in the middle of a game.

The four rear L/R buttons can be programmed as hotkeys for custom or in-game commands. Tri-mode connectivity will allow players to connect via Bluetooth and 2.4 GHz RF. They can also choose to use wired USB-C for the Xbox Series X/S console.

Worried about its frequency interfering with other gadgets? No need to worry because with tri-mode connectivity feature, it can easily reduce interference with other devices as it has adaptive frequency hopping technology.

It has a 3.5mm jack for audio as the headset connection is only available in wired mode. There is also a mute button for voice chat.

No word yet on pricing, but the Asus ROG Raikiri Pro is expected to launch in the first quarter of 2023. It’s a beautiful piece of technology, but it’s sure to cost more than an arm and a leg.
