The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom features a vast world filled to the brim with activities and NPC interactions, but fans are still finding unique dialogue options even weeks after release. What’s Lookout Landing?

The unique dialogue triggers if the player decides to specifically abandon the venture to the first settlement, the Lookout Landing. It is essentially a humble hub that has a lot of importance in the game, and the players are pushed toward the area from the start for the first main quest and essential gear. The Lookout Landing also contains the paraglider necessary to enhance the traversal through the vast lands of the Hyrule Kingdom.

Hey, Link, you haven’t been to Lookout Landing yet, have you?” questions one confused Goron, “They should be searching for Princess Zelda and investigating the Upheaval. It might be a good idea to go there. It’s just south of Hyrule Castle.”

There are many other NPC interactions for players that have not paid a visit to the Lookout Landing. For instance, one Guerdo Town NPC asks, “If you are planning on travelling to the other regions in your investigation, why don’t you visit Lookout Landing? Hmm? You aren’t familiar with Lookout Landing?

Moreover, the Zora NPCs also keep poking at Link to ask about visiting the Lookout Landing, “That reminds me… Link, you have not yet visited Lookout Landing, correct?” These dialogues ensure that players who “unintentionally” miss seeing the village can be reminded many times due to the paraglider that is required to enjoy and progress through the game. For instance, the paraglider is needed to activate the towers in the game.

Due to its importance, no Tears of the Kingdom player has ever thought about skipping a visit to the area before playing through the rest of the game, preventing the hidden interaction from being found. However, the recent discovery has compelled gamers to believe that Tears of the Kingdom may have even more undiscovered dialogues strewn in the title, which could be triggered by playing the entry through more unorthodox ways.

The community is busy populating the game with weapons of mass destruction and fun creations using the Ultrahand ability. The visually esthetic world embued with a massive amount of physics and new features has led a game developer to be really amazed by the title, stating that it should not be possible on the Switch for Zelda: TOTK to run. Regardless, it explains why Nintendo spent a year just polishing the new sequel to perfection.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom saw a successful release on May 12 for the Nintendo Switch, but it can be emulated on PC using specific methods. It has recently won the Guinness World Record for the fastest-selling Nintendo Game of all time.
