The last PlayStation showcase was held in 2021 and graced the world with several high-profile announcements. Insomniac Games revealed two projects that fans have been asking for, Marvel’s Wolverine and Marvel’s Spider-Man 2. While the former is still in development, the sequel to 2018’s Marvel’s Spider-Man took the players by storm as it was running in CGI graphics which was later confirmed to be in-engine visuals and not cinematics.
As if that wasn’t enough, it revealed several new elements of Insomniac’s universe, introducing us to Kraven the Hunter and Venom. Things have been quiet for the most part since then until today.
