Everyone loves a good cat Pokémon like Litten and Sprigatito. Cats are cute, after. It would also be nice if they could stay on all fours and grow up to be just like every other feline in the world. But is that the case with the final evolution of Sprigatito in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet? Let’s find out.
What does Sprigatito evolve into in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet?
Sprigatito evolves to miauscarade at level 36. Meowscarade is a Grass/Dark-type Pokémon with high speed and a moderately high attack stat. Its Grass/Dark typing makes it difficult to use in PvP due to its many weaknesses, but it’s an amazing Pokémon to travel within the main story. We know he’s standing on two legs, but he’s a wizard, so we give him a pass!

Meowscarade’s best moves in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet
- flower trick
- Your turn
- night slash
Flower Trick is an exclusive move to Meowscarade that deals guaranteed critical damage. You cannot remove it from your move set. Meowscarade’s other STAB move is Night Slash. Slash is there for coverage. After all, normal moves are rarely strong or weak against other types.
U-turn is here to switch into Meowscarade if the opponent is strong against a Grass/Dark-type Pokemon. If your Pokemon is Jolly in Nature (+Speed, -Sp. Atk), U-turn can take advantage of the extra Speed points and allow Meowscarade to first hit. This Pokemon has lower defenses and HP, so you want to make sure it always goes first.
