Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Greninja Tera Raid Details
The Greninja in this version does not have the Battle Bond ability which allows players to produce Froakie Eggs by having a picnic with this Greninja and a Ditto. He also has the Protean ability and has a nature that favors special defense at the cost of the speed stat.
In battle, Greninja the Unrivaled will use Double Team and Toxic Spikes early on. These abilities will increase evasion and cover the battlefield with spikes that can poison enemy Pokémon when they join the battle. If a Pokemon is sent out after recovering from a faint, it will be instantly poisoned unless it is a Steel or Poison-type Pokemon. An item that can prevent poison can also negate it.
Greninja has moves like Hydro Pump, Gunk Shot, Night Slash, and Ice Beam. She is quite a powerhouse with both physical and special attacks. Also remember, in this raid, Greninja can only be caught once, but can be challenged multiple times.
The Pokémon Lucario and Bronzong join the raid. Lucario will be in the level 45 and 75 versions and Bronzong will have the same levels. A level 75 Lucario is a Steel Tera-type and another Bronzong is a Psychic Tera-type. All versions are catchable as well.
This raid will definitely be quite a challenge for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet players who try this out.
