Nintendo Is Reportedly Refunding Pokemon Scarlet/Violet Players

Performance issues for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet have caused some angry fans to try to get refunds from Nintendo, with reported success.

Due to frustration with the number of glitches and bugs, some Scarlet Pokemon Y Violet the players are trying to get their money back.

According to dual surprises, many people have contacted Nintendo to request refunds, and some have reportedly been successful. Players took to Reddit to explain their success with one user writing, “My $60 is going to some more deserving developers.”

Before the launch on November 18, scarlet and violet, enthusiasm for the new titles was high. Nintendo and Game Freak fueled the anticipation by teasing entries in the expanded Pokédex of games. The Games also showcases the new Spanish-inspired region of Paldea, while expanding on the open-world mechanics of Pokemon Legends: Arceusreleased earlier this year to rave reviews.
