CAPCOM recently announced the release date for Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak. Title Update 5.
During the recent Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak digital event, Dame Fiorayne announced that Free Title Update 5 will be available on April 20, 2023 for Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak. This will introduce two new challenging monsters to face: Risen Shagaru Magala and Looming Calamity Amatsu. Along with the two monsters, the level cap of Anomaly Investigations will be increased, two Risen Elder Dragons will be added to Anomaly Investigation Quests, an update is coming to Melding Pot, new Special Investigations have been revealed, and even more Event Quests.
According to CAPCOM, Amatsu is an Elder Dragon who can control the weather at will. When he faces his opponents, he can summon storms and lightning, which are rumored to completely wipe a city off the map. Risen Shagaru Magala has managed to use his overwhelming power to overpower Qurio, infecting him into an even more fearsome form. Amatsu will be available from MR10 and Risen Shagaru Magala will be unlocked at MR180.
Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak will be released on Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Windows, PS4, and PS5 on April 28, 2023.
