Is there a move rememberer in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet?

The Pokémon series is full of Pokémon, each learning different moves as they level up. Pokémon Scarlet and Violet add many new Pokémon and moves to experience. Previous titles in the series featured NPCs such as the move tutor and move reminder that allowed you to change your move set. This may make you wonder if there is a move reminder in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.

Technically, there is no NPCs in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet that will allow your Pokémon to relearn moves they have forgotten. But you can reteach your Pokémon moves by remembering to them. Previously, this was done by the move rememberer, but now he can do it anytime he wants.

  • Select the pokemon.
  • Click check summary.
  • Scroll to the second tab.
  • Press A.
  • Select remember moves.

Keep in mind that your Pokémon can only know four movements at a time, so if you remember a move while you have the max number, you’ll need to remove one first. Fortunately, you can use the remember moves feature to relearn a move if you accidentally delete the wrong one. This is a great way to switch up your Pokemon’s move set, especially before a tough fight.
