The Pokemon series is full of Pokemon, each learning different moves as they level up or by TM and HM. When using an HM, a move is permanently learned and cannot be removed without the use of a move eliminator. This can go away if Pokemon remove moves in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.
The answer is no: there is no move eliminator in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. This is probably because titles don’t have HM, which means you don’t need to worry about moves you can’t clear by learning a new move. However, you can still remove moves in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.
