How to get League Points in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet

In almost all Pokemon games, you need to have some form of currency to buy a variety of things. In most cases, they are Pokédollars. But, in the most recent installment in the series, Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, you have the option to purchase and spend League Points, or LP, instead. League Points can be purchased at any Tech Machine located in any Pokémon Center. These are the green computer boxes with a white wireless symbol located directly next to the Pokemon Center nurse.

When you approach the box and talk to it, you can select the option I want to exchange materials for LP. Here, a window will open showing all the Pokemon materials you have and their League Point value. But how exactly do you find these materials?

As you battle and capture different Pokémon in Paldea, you will notice that they drop different items and crafting materials. These items and materials are what are used to trade in Technical Machine Machines for League Points. Not all materials have the same value, and if you choose not to use them in exchange for League Points, you can use them to create different TMs to improve your Pokémon’s move sets.
