If rumors are to be believed, Ghost Wire Tokyo is getting a new platform this year.
The game may have been released a year ago, but it looks like there are now rumors that Ghostwire Tokyo will be making the jump to another platform this year. A new rumor suggests that the game will be coming to Xbox Game Pass later in the month.
The game will finally land on Xbox Game Pass in March 2023, exactly one year after its first release to the public. It will come with additional content that was not included in previous platforms.
This change has actually been speculated many times but no one has been able to provide concrete proof that it will happen. It seems that this time, someone has found a source that can prove it right.
Reddit user Eht_Hctins He revealed that the game will join Xbox Game Pass in March 2023. The post was also supposed to reveal that the jump to Xbox would add new content to the game although it didn’t say what content would be added. The user also didn’t directly mention Ghost Wire Tokyo, but instead referred to it in a different phrase, but it was assumed that this was the game they meant.
Joining the Xbox Game Pass would be a great move for Tango Gameworks to get a bigger audience for the game as it faded into obscurity after its first release on day one. There is no official word from the developers yet to confirm or deny this new rumor.
Ghost Wire Tokyo is now available on PC and PS5.
