Fortnite, one of the most popular video games, is now available to play on Amazon Luna if you’ve subscribed to Amazon Prime or Luna+. The game is already available to play on multiple streaming platforms for free, such as Nvidia’s GeForce Now and Microsoft‘s Xbox Cloud Gaming. However, the game will also be completely free for Prime members.

Fortnite has a massive player base, with players of all ages and tastes playing the game for fun and entertainment. It has also earned a place in competitive eSports and is also one of the most-watched games on Twitch. While there were already some expectations, Amazon Luna finally announced on Twitter that Fortnite would be joining the cloud service’s catalog of games on May 3.

Additionally, it is important to note that whichever cloud service you use to play Fortnite, including Amazon Luna, you will first have to sign in to an Epic Games account. This feature allows you to share the same account between multiple platforms, giving you access to all your cosmetics and stats on every platform.

As reported by The Verge, Amazon Devices and Services Vice President Daniel Rausch stated that “Fortnite has been the most requested game from Luna customers in the U.S. and we’re thrilled to bring the title to the service.” The Luna+ subscription costs about $9.99. However, the first seven days of the subscription are free, so the player can cancel the subscription if they don’t like what the platform has to offer.
