Mediatonic has Announced Fall Guys Season 4 which will be released next week and will introduce a brand new feature.
Fall Guys Season 4 Creative Build will be released next week, May 10, 2023 at 10am UTC. This will finally introduce Creative, an in-game level editor. This will allow players to create custom Rounds and then share them with the community for others to enjoy.
“It’s been the biggest change we’ve ever made to the game and it’s really exciting to finally give players the keys to the kingdom basically,” said Joe Walsh, Creative Director at Mediatonic.
“From now on, the Mediatonic development team will use the creative tools to create levels exclusively for the game,” he continued. “That means we can release more content than ever before.
“With the launch of Season 4, we’re going to be releasing over 50 rounds throughout the season, which is way more than we’ve ever achieved before.
“Another thing that’s also really useful is that for the first time, we can start adjusting levels wirelessly, so we won’t need to send new live updates to fix bugs, which is a big problem we’ve always had with the game. So all these things are going to make the content much richer and more varied from now on.”
In addition to the creative feature, the fourth season will introduce the new Fame Pass. These are multiple shorter Fame Passes that will cost less but reward players with more value for their play time. Fame Pass 1 will have 6 iconic outfits for players to earn as they play, plus additional outfits and cosmetics to unlock after completing the main Fame Pass levels.
Fall Guys is out now for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch.
