CrossfireX, the Xbox shooter from Smilegate and Remedy, will be Turning off servers for multiplayer and singleplayer soon.

On May 18, 2023, CrossfireX will stop operating and will not be available in the Xbox Store. Its sales have stopped and no more content will be added to the game. Purchases that were made in the last 14 days will be eligible for a refund.

The FAQ does not indicate whether players can get a refund for purchasing single player campaigns. It just says that you can still enjoy and complete them until the servers close on May 18, 2023 at 00:00 UTC. Maybe if it was purchased within 14 days it would be eligible for a refund?

CrossfireX was a game developed by Remedy and Smilegate and exclusively for Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One. It was released in February 2022. Remedy handled the single player content while Smilegate handled the multiplayer.
