Gameplay, sound, and various fixes in the latest patch notes

Regarding gameplay, updates have been made to command aliases, improving player accuracy to provide better accuracy during gameplay. Also, a new sound has been added for the last 10 seconds of the bomb beeping, adding to the immersion. The missing KSK agent voice has been added, ensuring a complete audio experience. Additionally, the distance between knife effects and loud noises has been reduced.

Various miscellaneous updates have been made, such as fixing missing game state integration data and damage statistics related to flashbangs, ensuring accurate tracking of gameplay elements. A bug that prevented players from switching to a nearby dropped gun after defusing a bomb has been fixed. Cases where players can peek through rooftops have been addressed to maintain fair gameplay.

The introduction of the “cl_draw_only_deathnotices” command allows players to block match status alerts, providing a more focused experience. For tournament servers, the “sv_load_forced_client_names_file” command has been added to enforce correct player identification from the key values ​​file. An additional fallback path has been implemented for game clients to download network configuration, which should improve connectivity.

October 19 patch notes now check for incompatible AMD drivers.
