Forsaken Endings: Final battle with Susurrus or return home to New York
The part where you have to choose which ending to take is in Chapter 11: The truth. After making the journey through Svargana and learning the truth behind Break and the corruption that has occurred in Athia, Tanta Cinta confronts Frey and opens two toranas. The portal on the left leads back to Cipal, while the portal on the right leads back to New York.

Going Home to New York – Forsaken Alternate Ending
Due to her love for her daughter, Cinta still gave Frey the decision to stay out of harm’s way and return to New York where she is safe. If he chooses the portal on the right, Frey will return to New York. She will then be seen walking through the streets as she carries Homer in her arms. This suggests that he is keeping his promise to go back to Judge Bird and get Homer back, but this also means that he will be wandering the streets as a homeless person. This is considered the “bad ending” of Forspoken.
After the short scene, the credits will play. You can still play the game, but you’ll need to go back to the last save file and resume from there.
Final Battle with Susurrus – Forsaken True Ending
By choosing the portal on the left, Frey will return to Cipal. He will then have to face Susurrus as the final boss of the game.
After defeating Susurrus, the remaining citizens of Cipal find Frey. A few weeks pass and the people of Cipal pay homage to the people they lost through a solemn festival of lanterns.
Frey is then the monologue scene of what he wanted to say to Homer while jumping through the air. The next scene shows Homer back in New York, suddenly awakened by what appears to be Frey’s trail across the sky.
The scene then changes to Frey and Auden talking to each other about Athia’s future. Frey decides to venture into the other parts of Athia that are still plagued by Break to help them recover. He then speaks once more with Cuff, whom he managed to seal once more with the help of Tantas, now as a tattoo instead of a bracelet. Competing with a defeated voice, Cuff refers to himself as “Vambrace” once again.
This is considered the “good ending” of Forspoken.
