Recently a well-known pro rally driver was reported to have died in an unfortunate accident.
Ken Block, a pro rally driver known for his many appearances in video games such as DRT and Forza, has reportedly died in a horrific snowmobile accident. Block’s team Hoonigan Racing was the only one to share the news with the public recently. He died at the age of 55.
“It is with great sadness that we can confirm that Ken Block passed away today in a snowmobile accident,” Honighan Racing posted a statement online. “Ken was a visionary, a pioneer and an icon. And most importantly, a father and husband. He will be incredibly missed.”
According to the Sheriff’s Office in Wasatch County, Block was riding a snowmobile on a steep slope when it overturned and landed on top of him.
